The mission statement of the Guidance Department is to support the mission statement of Pinson Valley High School which
states:
"The mission of Pinson Valley High School is to provide a culture of goal-oriented academic and personal achievement
and responsibility fostered by an involved and supportive body of faculty, parents, and community."
School counselors are available to help students and provide resources regarding three main areas:
- Academic
- Personal/Social
- Career
By focusing on all three areas, students will have an opportunity to strive for a thorough, all-encompassing high school
education enabling them to reach their highest potential.
